A property of 27 ha south-facing slopes gently, 5th generation. The Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil Clos the Quarter Old Vines 2007, resulting from Vines over 30 years of aging for 12 months in barrels on fine lees is of deep color, concentrated flavors with of cooked fruit very harmonious to nose and palate, a wine fragrant, with the connotations of cassis and pepper, combining color and material. It is equally pleased with the quarter White, whose originality comes from the grape Chenin on deep gravel soil , a local early for the vine, farmed 6-8 months in barrels on lees, of nice dress button gold, a wine that develops aromas of flowers white, citrus and fishing , mouth round and mineral , ample, that deserves cuisine.

Superb Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil red The Mothers of Time 2007, Cabernet Franc derived from vines 60 to 80 years, high barrels of oak 9 months of color cherry sustained at aromas of fruit cooked and undergrowth, but also cherries, plums and truffles, a wine very balanced where tannins are firm and melted at a time. The Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil Clos du Vigneau 2007, pure Cabernet Franc soils derived from sand and gravel, is generous , firm, dominant prune and cinnamon , mouth melt. Excellent Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil of Gold Angel 2007, gravel soil, old vines 35 years, harvesting by hand, with notes of cherry and smoky, although bodied, mouth flexible and fleshy both.
