FIELD OF VILLAGES

Beaujolais-Villages white oak 2008, cask from Burgundy, with its vanilla and slightly toasty flavor is perfect on creamed dishes, smoked or cheese based. Brouilly 2008 oak is finely spicy, full-bodied, smooth tannins and well balanced, excellent care, offered at an attractive price. Brouilly 2008, with the nose of overripe fruit and humus in shades of raspberry and pepper, is dense in the mouth and persistent, a success. The area offers a country cottage 3 ears of 120 m2, ideal for exploring the region.

A family farm of 8 ha of land gravelly (66% Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot 34% black, breeding 8 to 12 months in barrels of oak ). It tastes this Medoc 2006, a pretty dress dark red, the bouquet intense, ample, with aromas of licorice and ripe tannins to dense but flexible , mouth expanded, combining the bold characteristic finely spicy notes. The 2005 is full-bodied , fleshy, very perfumed ( cassis, humus), a wine spicy, structured, combining structure and roundness on the palate, has a beautiful aromatic complexity , and continues to evolve. The 2004, from mouth spicy (cinnamon ) marked notes of prune, Structural and associates, bodied and generous , a nice finish, very successful, opening a grilled duck breast.
