A family farm of 8 ha of land gravelly (66% Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot 34% black, breeding 8 to 12 months in barrels of oak ). It tastes this Medoc 2006, a pretty dress dark red, the bouquet intense, ample, with aromas of licorice and ripe tannins to dense but flexible , mouth expanded, combining the bold characteristic finely spicy notes. The 2005 is full-bodied , fleshy, very perfumed ( cassis, humus), a wine spicy, structured, combining structure and roundness on the palate, has a beautiful aromatic complexity , and continues to evolve. The 2004, from mouth spicy (cinnamon ) marked notes of prune, Structural and associates, bodied and generous , a nice finish, very successful, opening a grilled duck breast.
